Petronesa Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Petronesa Engineering Sdn Bhd) was incorporated on 9 March 1994 and was initially wholly owned by Petronesa Sdn Bhd. In 2010, the shareholding structure was revised, with 60% held by Yayasan Sarawak and 40% by Kalamars Sdn Bhd, a local Bumiputera investment company. In June 2020, the shareholding was further adjusted to 60% by Yayasan Sarawak, 30% by Kalamars Sdn Bhd, and 10% by an individual shareholder.
Originally established as a supplier of engineering, industrial, and chemical products, Petronesa Services Sdn Bhd also provides centralized administrative and accounting support to Petronesa Sdn Bhd and Petronesa Trading Sdn Bhd. Over the years, the company has expanded its capabilities into the construction sector, including building construction, upgrading works, and civil and engineering projects.
